RTM provided engineering design for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for several new Taco Bell restaurant locations nationwide. The company’s latest expansion includes the new Taco Bell Cantina concept which focuses on a dining experience with tapas-style items and the capability to serve a variety of alcoholic beverages.
The layout of the Cantina restaurants feature an outdoor patio, open kitchen, digital displays, community seating, and a wall of eight “twisted freeze” drinks. Current locations for these new restaurants include CA, NV, CO, AR, TX, IL, WI, OH, MI, CT, and NY; with plans to reach several hundred new locations across the country by 2022.
