David brings over 35 years of experience leading large MEP teams through challenging projects of all types and sizes. His work includes retail centers, restaurants, multi-family residential buildings, commercial properties, institutional buildings, industrial facilities, municipal buildings and more. At RTM, David is responsible for the overall quality, correctness and appropriateness of the MEP systems utilized in each project. David is a Licensed Professional Engineer in 30 states and is a member of several organizations including, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers and Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
