RTM provided MEP engineering design services for the interior and exterior renovations made to the Sinai Community Institute building, part of the Sinai Health System. The SCI is a community-based health and social service program addressing social, economic and environmental factors for approximately 14,000 families each year.
The project consisted of adding an exterior skin to portions of the existing building envelope, adding new clinic space on the north and central portions of the second floor, interior renovations to the main lobby on the first floor, renovations to an employee lounge in the basement and a new canopy at the main entrance of the building.
RTM provided HVAC design, detailing all necessary specifications for the interior work totaling approximately 16,000 square feet. Our team also evaluated all existing infrastructure in order to determine the capacity of the existing system.
