RTM provided HVAC and plumbing engineering services for CCTV infrastructure improvements at the Orlando International Airport, air-side and land-side. It included four (4) additional communication rooms and modifications to the east and west checkpoint ceilings.
After creating construction documents for this project, RTM was then tasked with designing primary chilled water fan coils and back-up DX systems for the comm rooms. Each was integrated with the DDC controls system. At each checkpoint, field observations were performed to determine extent of ceiling, duct work and air distribution device replacements.
Additionally, RTM reviewed and provided input for cost estimation purposes throughout the project
