RTM provided full-scale MEP design services for numerous student housing facilities on the Missouri State University campus. In addition, our team assisted the University in scheduling the replacement of the fire alarm system and installation of the sprinkler system at these locations.
Within the Blair-Shannon House, RTM installed a fire protection system and fire alarm, and conducted MEP renovations that included emergency power improvement design. Renovations were made to the Sunvilla Tower residence, a 18-story high-rise accommodating multiple shared and private bedroom layouts for 237 residents in two-, three- and four-person units. Full MEP design was provided for the renovations to Kentwood Hall and Woods House. Additionally, a new fire protection system and fire alarm was provided for Woods House.
