RTM has provided MEP design and consulting services to Missouri State University since the late 1980’s. Projects have ranged from small MEP upgrades to large scale renovation and new construction. We have worked in several campus buildings including the General Classroom Building, Plaster Student Union, Alumni Center, and numerous dormitory renovations including Blair-Shannon and Sunvilla Tower. Other campus improvements include Ellis Hall, Hill Hall, McDonald Arena, Plaster Stadium, the Performing Arts Center, Polymer Laboratory, Dietetics Kitchen, and several administration buildings.
Our team has been fortunate to work with Missouri State University on more than 100+ projects over the course of the last 25 years. Some of the services we have provided include:

In addition, our team was recognized as part of the design and construction team on the residence life renovation project at Missouri State University, being awarded by Springfield Contractors Association, the 2011 Project Team of the Year Award. The renovation and upgrade of the residence halls was completed during a tight time frame while the facilities remained in use. Team members met the challenges involved in spending the allocated budget of $11,775,000 in eight separate buildings in 66 days.
