RTM completed full MEP design including security, tele-data, power, lighting, HVAC and plumbing systems for more than 35 J.P. Morgan Chase Banks in both Illinois and Michigan. With a number of locations being within Chicago city limits, RTM fulfilled the additional City of Chicago certifications and completed the necessary energy compliance statements for these particular projects.
A number of our projects involved the renovation of Chase banks to include Chase’s Private Client sections, which included new accent lighting throughout the bank in addition to new office spaces, new comfort zones with TV access, and new teller desks with various display monitors and screens for marketing purposes.
RTM worked closely with all involved, leveraging past experiences with Chase projects as well as roll-out expertise to ensure an efficient process and a consistent brand design for J.P. Morgan Chase.
