RTM worked closely with Myefski Architects to provide MEP/FP design for this 26,821-square-foot multi-family housing development located at 609 South Blvd. in Evanston, IL. The structure will be a gut rehab project, having formally been a manufacturing and storage facility. The completed two-story building will feature 17 residential units, an elevator, bike storage and an enclosed parking structure.
