RTM provided MEP engineering design services for the renovation of an existing restaurant space into a new restaurant and bar totaling approximately 4,000 square feet of dining and kitchen area and an additional 1,200 square feet of patio space. The project required the entire existing kitchen space to be completely gutted and redesigned with new kitchen hoods and exhaust fans. RTM also provided coordination for the bar’s tap lines and keg cooler.
