RTM provided MEP/FP engineering design services for the seven-story, 157,000-square-foot development located at Division Street and Clybourn Avenue in Chicago, IL. The new mixed-use, mixed-income development features 26 affordable units, 26 subsidized units and 32 market-rate units. The building includes 18,000-square-feet of retail & commercial space and 55 parking spaces. The development was precast construction so RTM was responsible for performing detailed coordination of our penetrations to ensure a successful project delivery.
